We are looking for a Test Manager

• Knowledge of ISTQB Best Practices, as well as Waterfall and agile development methodologies.
• Practice in assessment tasks: Risk Based Testing; Traceability Matrix, Defect Root Cause Analysis, etc
  
• Ability to prepare and make testing presentations to stakeholders
  
• Communication in English and Portuguese.
• Experience in managing 5 to 15 software testers

What do I need to bring?

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance & Testing field
• Be proactive, self-organized, and passionate about testing.
• Do activities with technical autonomy
