Job description



  • Analysis of position requirements with Hiring Managers;
  • Write and post jobs to appropriate job boards;
  • Sourcing potential candidates on several platforms and social networks;
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Coordinate Technical Assessments with Hiring Managers;
  • Define and Present Financial Proposals;
  • Onboard new employees;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager;
  • Propose and implement new creative ways of achieving Recruiting Goals.


  • Requirements

    What do I need to bring?
    • Education level of Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar;
    • Good verbal and written communication level and ability to empathize;
    • Creativity in responding to problems and identifying solutions;
    • Personal taste for information technologies area;
    • Willingness to learn and grow professionally;
    • Proactivity and fondness for autonomy;

    • Fluency in English.

    • Knowledge of IT's contexts and profiles;
    • Previous recruitment experience;
    • Verbal fluency in other languages besides English.
