Job description

We are looking for an Application Support to integrate a challenging project!


Your main Responsabilities:


- Provide first and second line functional support for the PnL applications;

- Liaise with the business, development and other support teams;
- Liaise between London and global support teams;
- Prioritise, track and resolve incidents/requests using the ITSM Service Now application;
- Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases;
- Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date.




Requirements

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent understating on PnL;
  • Proven experience and good rapport within the business and IT community;
  • Ability to manage priorities and 'own' incidents and problems;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Team player.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Understanding of SQL;
  • Experience of application support in PnL applications within the Investment Banking environment;
  • Familiarity of ITIL processes and methods;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products.

  • Communication – Fluent in English both verbal and written communication;
