Job description
We are looking for an Application Support to integrate a challenging project!
Your main Responsabilities:
- Provide first and second line functional support for the PnL applications;
- Liaise with the business, development and other support teams;
- Liaise between London and global support teams;
- Prioritise, track and resolve incidents/requests using the ITSM Service Now application;
- Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases;
- Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date.
Requirements
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent understating on PnL;
- Proven experience and good rapport within the business and IT community;
- Ability to manage priorities and 'own' incidents and problems;
- Good communication skills;
- Team player.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Understanding of SQL;
- Experience of application support in PnL applications within the Investment Banking environment;
- Familiarity of ITIL processes and methods;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products.
SKILLS REFERENTIAL:

- Communication – Fluent in English both verbal and written communication;
- Business focus;
