We are looking for a RPA Developer for an international project.

Context:

FRESH EMEA is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. It is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. 

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third party applications;
• Continuous improvement of software development best practices;
• Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables;
• Develop stream-based applications and services;
• Test, monitor and evaluate solutions;
• Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve our goals;
• Collect, analyse the needs expressed by the business;
• Create and maintain functional documentation.

What you will need to bring:
Technical skills:

• RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath;
• Involvement in AI related projects (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning);
• Previous experience as analyst in RPA projects is a strong plus;
• Previous Experience in software development;
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Soft skills:

• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing);
• French is a plus;
• High level of Analysis and problem solving capability;
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely;
• Organization and process oriented skills;
• Ability to clear communicate and report to the management;
• Pro-active behaviour regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment;
