Key Responsibilities

CIB Local COO Functions are looking for an Application Manager based in Lisbon to:
- Manage the Run of Local Applications
o Manage relations with stakeholders involved in the application lifecycle (Tech,
Business, Executives)
o Act as SME for the managed applications and SPOC for day-to-day activities
o Continuously assess business needs and contribute to the update of business
requirements
o Contribute to projects involving applications within managed scope (e.g.
development of new features)
o Manage application development backlog
o Continuously review and improve the management processes of the applications
o Automate recurring manual tasks when possible
o Test and sign-off new developments
- Promote user engagement
o Prepare workshops, feedback meetings and trainings with end-users
o Prepare communication materials and application documentation for end-users



 Provide end-user functional support
o Process user support requests and coordinate with development teams, data
source providers or other specialists to solve issues
o Monitor and follow-up incidents and requests
o Investigate and explain data quality issues
 Monitor and execute production tasks
o Monitor end-user data input and perform data quality controls
o Run data update campaigns
o Deliver data quality/governance dashboards and standard reports
Profile


Education
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar
 Master’s degree is a plus (>= 5 years)


Experience
 1-3 year experience as Data Analyst, Consultant, Auditor or Application Support
Specialist is a plus
 Previous experience in Financial Services Industry or Finance is a plus
 Previous experience working with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx) and Reporting Tools (e.g.
Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus


Knowledge:
 Data Governance & Data Quality management
 Project Management / Product Management is a plus


Skills:
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 Analytical, with good problem solving skills
 Basic Business Analysis skills
 Ability to deliver / Results driven
 Good written and spoken English, French is a plus
