The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various channels to drive informed business decisions. This role also involves creating data dashboards and ensuring proper data management and tracking of cookies.

What you'll do:

1. Data Analysis:

• Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to gather insights into user behavior, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.

2. Dashboard Creation:

• Design and develop data dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data visualization requirements and deliver actionable insights.

3. Cookie Management:

• Ensure the proper implementation and tracking of cookies for website and app analytics.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity by managing and tracking cookies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

4. Data Interpretation:

• Interpret data findings and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

5. Data Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular data quality checks and validation to maintain accurate and reliable data sources.
• Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  
  

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data analysis efficiency.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative discipline).
• Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with web analytics and cookies, and experience in cookie management is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and extract meaningful insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
