Job description

We are looking for an Application Support to integrate a challenging project!

Your main Responsabilities:

  • Know in depth the applications/services and their aspects of integration with the business, in order to make efficient and effective continuous application delivery.
  • Know the procedures and participate in the application continuous delivery automation process.
  • Resolution of incidents, issues and performance problems arising from continuous application delivery.
  • Ensuring that analysis requests are resolved quickly and within agreed service levels.
  • Communication with the Application Development/Techniques teams.
  • Construction and updating of knowledge databases, documentation and support materials for the team.
  • Analysis, documentation and implementation/improvement of automatic processes and internal tools.



  • SO AIX, Linux, Windows
  • Domain Commands/Navigation Shell Unix
  • Shell Scripting
  • Sintaxe BD DB2 e SQL SERVER
  • Knowledge of IT standards/good practice tools with ITIL, ISO20000, PCIDSS
  • Ability to apply creative solutions to complex automation problems
  • Understanding ability to solve problems related to problem analysis and application performance
  • Ability to lead and organize multiple complex technical projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of PMI methodologies
  • Knowledge IT
  • Ease of communication, both internally and with the client (ex: Presentations, Status Report)
  • Knowledge in designing IT solutions in the financial sector
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a business environment
