Job description
We are looking for a ITIL Service Manager for a challeging project. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of outsourcing services to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you will need to bring:
- ITIL V4 Certification obtained within the last 3 years;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience accumulated within the last 7 years in tasks related to IT service management, with a strong focus on outsourcing services;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Access and Excel;
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
