Job description

We are looking for a ITIL Service Manager for a challeging project. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of outsourcing services to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.


What you'll do:

  • Coordination, planning, and management of service delivery teams.
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with the ITIL framework.
  • Coordination and execution of service activities and compliance.
  • Coordination of unplanned actions that may result in service interruption or degradation.
  • Delivery of reports and organization of meetings.
  • Analysis and recommendation of service improvements.
  • Job requirements

    What you will need to bring:

    • ITIL V4 Certification obtained within the last 3 years;
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience accumulated within the last 7 years in tasks related to IT service management, with a strong focus on outsourcing services;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Access and Excel;
    • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
