Job Description:

• Work with teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience;
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides;
• Set up guidelines for producing future content;
• Help us understand current tools and possibly propose new tools for content creation and management;
• Create and maintain information architecture.

Requirements:

• +3 years of experience as a Technical Writer;
• Experienced with the following backend technologies: Java/ Kotlin/ Python/ Ruby or other similar languages;
• Experience in measuring and testing the success of documentation;
• Self-starter, proactively find new ways to improve the documentation and keep learning the best practices;
• Time-management skills;
• Detail-oriented;
• Excellent English communication skills.
