- 2nd line support;
- Screening and resolution of incidents, problems, and events;
- Administration of platforms and respective environments;
- Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of platforms;

New implementations or implementations within the scope of continuous improvement;
- Automation configuration of SW package installation tasks, respective control, and repetitive maintenance tasks;

Carrying out actions integrated into the monitoring processes and passing on operational information to other teams;
- Proactive actions to identify and report errors promoting continuous improvement in the operation of the platforms and applications installed there;
- Creation of procedures and documentation, reports of utilization and capacity;
- Activity reports.
Requirements
What do I need to bring?
- IDQ platform ("Informática" data quality), including TomCat application server;
- MDM (Master Data Management) platform;

JBOSS application server supporting MDM services.
