Job Description:

  • 2nd line support;
  • Screening and resolution of incidents, problems, and events; 
  • Administration of platforms and respective environments; 
  • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of platforms;
  • New implementations or implementations within the scope of continuous improvement; 
  • Automation configuration of SW package installation tasks, respective control, and repetitive maintenance tasks;
  • Carrying out actions integrated into the monitoring processes and passing on operational information to other teams; 
  • Proactive actions to identify and report errors promoting continuous improvement in the operation of the platforms and applications installed there; 
  • Creation of procedures and documentation, reports of utilization and capacity; 
  • Activity reports.


What do I need to bring?

  • IDQ platform ("Informática" data quality), including TomCat application server;
  • MDM (Master Data Management) platform;
  • JBOSS application server supporting MDM services.
