Main responsabilities:

• Administration of platforms and respective environments;
• 1st and 2nd line support, screening and resolution of incidents, problems and events;
• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of platforms;
• New implementations or implementations within the scope of continuous improvement;
• Carrying out actions integrated in the monitoring processes and passing on operational information to other teams;
• Proactive actions to identify and report errors promoting a continuous improvement in the functioning of the platforms and applications installed there;
• Creation of procedures and documents, utilization and capacity report;
• Activity reports.
