Job description

  • Analysis of position requirements with Hiring Managers;
  • Write and post jobs to appropriate job boards;
  • Sourcing potential candidates on several platforms and social networks;
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. 







What do I need to bring?
• Attendance of a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar;
• Good verbal and written communication level and ability to empathize;
• Creativity in responding to problems and identifying solutions;
• Personal taste for information technologies area;
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally;
• Proactivity and fondness for autonomy;

• Fluency in English.
