Job description

We are looking for a Service Manager to integrate our team!

What you will do?

- Programme and idealize Technical Architecture;

- Manage team of mixed profiles (BA/Tester and developers);

- Evaluate of Architectural Solutions;

- Evaluate of Technical Specifications;

- Support to Tests;

- Go-live support;

- Stakeholders management;

- Technical Documentation Production assets;

- Support Knowledge Transfer Activities;

- Good Interaction and Communication with Business and IT Teams.


What do I need to bring?

  • Experience with Sybase and MS SQL;
  • Good Knowledge of .NET and Angular;
  • Good level of English.
  • ITSM knowledge 
  • Able to manage mid sized teams (around 8 members)

What will be valued?

  • Knowledge of IT management SW 'ServiceNow’;
  • Knowledge of the SW core of Health 'Facets’;
  • General Insurance and Non Life Insurance Business Knowledge;
  • ITIL certification nice to have.
