(Ref.459/2020) - Infrastructure Engineer

Job description

We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer for a major client, who will have the following responsibilities:

Manage, implement, assist and support all IT activities regarding Infrastructure needs including (but not limited to):

  • Microsoft365 (in particular Exchange);
  • Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Azure AD, AD Sync, MFA, SSO);
  • Other Cloud Infrastructure deployed for specific applications;
  • Databases organization & optimization;
  • DNS & Domain Names management;

Support the local needs managed by local IT teams for:

  • Network (LAN, WAN);
  • Internet Access/VPN;
  • Active Directory;
  • Storage & backup;
  • Servers on premise;

Interact with all part of IT staff to support the different teams and take in account new needs or new projects;

Interact with the different IT suppliers to manage Level3 or to propose new improvements on our Infrastructure scope;

Help to use and put in place tools, implement good practices, and capitalize on the projects’ activities for continuous improvement.


What do I need to bring?

  • At least 10 years of experience;
  • Microsoft certification;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange; MDM Solutions (especially Microsoft Intune); Databases and Network Protocols; Powershell and GPO management;
  • Fluent French and English (Portuguese is an asset);
  • Availability to travel, mainly in Europe;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
  • Work easily with different profiles of IT;
