We are looking for a Solution Master Expertise!

The Role:

• Design Specification Solution with medium to high impacts on architecture;
• Define and spread the vision of the product, with a view to its success;
• Define the product roadmap and its releases;
• Manage all orders associated with a specific product (corrective, evolutionary and new developments), ensuring transparency in the product backlog and budget fulfillment;
• Identify, specify epics and user stories and prioritize them by business value;
• Promote dialogue between the technical team and the business;
• Interact with the various stakeholders, challenging them to excel in the simplicity of the final product;
• Defining acceptance criteria (DOD) and acceptance of completed items during sprints.

What do I need to bring?

• Experience of 5 to 10 years in IT projects;
• Any architecture certification (MS, Cloud, etc);
• Ability to critically analyze business requirements, fitting them into Group's reference application architecture;
• Consolidated knowledge of the various types of architecture pieces;
• Focus on clear documentation of the architecture and monitoring of governance rules;
• Clear communication of the defined security and applicational and technological architecture rules, and autonomous capacity of persuasion in their adoption;
• Experience in project management/business analysis;
• Experience in Scrum methodology;
• Experience in requirements and specification survey, with focus on the client;
• Good understanding of software development and working closely with technological teams;
• Good communication and strong customer orientation.
