Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic People Experience Specialist to join our People Experience team focused on ensuring that People at Syone get an amazing experience!


What will you be doing?

  • Building and maintaining relationships with employees ensuring that you are always aware of the mood and morale of our teams;
  • Promoting direct communication and positive rapport amongst employees and managers
  • Managing our training programme, assessing training needs and developing new training solutions rearding our business needs;
  • Designing and delivering professional quality presentations and training materials;
  • Organizing virtual and in-person events in accordance with the People Experience plan;
  • Monitoring our mentoring and coaching programme;
  • Managing and developing our gamification programme;
  • Participating in multiple projects and initiatives to improve and enhance People Experience at Syone.

Requirements

What do you need to be part of this team?

  • Bachelor or master in Psychology, Human Resources or Business administration;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to be the life of the party!;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • Proactive and result driven personality with strong attention to detail;
  • An appropriate focus on short and long term goals, outcomes, and accomplishments;
  • Exceptional team engagement skills;
  • High calibre written and verbal communication capability;
  • Exceptional organizing skills;
  • Problem solving skills with good intuition;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to changes and tight deadlines.
