We are looking for an Application Support to integrate a challenging project!
Your main Responsabilities:
As Referential Administrator in the Referential Administration team, your main responsibilities are to:
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities;
- Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues;
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers;
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers;
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting,
What do I need to bring:
- Professional experience in Referential administration (clients, cost centers, …);
- Strong knowledge of information systems;
- Availability and customer orientation skills;
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills. Analytical and goal oriented;
- Confidentiality is mandatory;
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written);
- English is mandatory, must be capable to maintain fluent conversation;
- Knowledge of French will be a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a high command in Excel.
