Job description
We are looking for an Application Support for an international project!
What you'll do:
Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams;
Monitor environments and KPIs;
Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them;
Understand the application landscape, develop expertise of the application/s and understand various interfaces involved;
Define new practices/processes when needed; Write new procedures and ensure their collective ownership.
Job requirements
What you will need to bring:
MSc or BSc;
Good understanding of SQL;
Good understanding of Linux;
Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry;
Fluent in English;
Excellent communication skills.
What will be valued:
Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices;
Working experience with Unix and its standard command.
