By applying for career opportunities and / or submitting a spontaneous application to Syone, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1 - Your collected personal data (name, email*, description, curriculum vitae*) will be used by Syone only to proceed with your recruitment process, after we receive your express and prior consent.
2 - Syone SBS Software - Tecnologia e Serviços de Informática, S.A., hereinafter called SYONE, with tax number: 504729624, headquarters in Rua Alfredo da Silva, Nº8 A, Edifício Stern, Piso 3D, 2610-016 Alfragide is responsible for the data processing.
3 - Your personal data “Name” “Email” and “Curriculum Vitae” are required, so we can consider your application. Without this data we can’t proceed with your recruitment process.
4 - The data “description” is not required but allow us to adapt your application to specific area within SYONE to let us know a more about the candidate.
5 - The data may be used by Syone only in case of conclusion of employment contracts and employee’s file, during the recruitment and selection process. This data can be kept by Syone during the execution of the contract and at least two (2) years after its termination.
6 - If you are not selected, Syone will keep your data for two (2) years for possible vacancies, then will delete your personal data, without prejudice to save only you contact information (name, email and telephone) for future vacancies.
7 - You can exercise the rights foreseen in the legislation (access, rectification, delectation, opposition, portability) through the written contact for the following email:data.privacy@syone.com without prejudice to the right of submitting a complaint to the competent control authority.
8 - When you send us your personal data, they are protected by security control protocols, adapted to internet communications.
9 - SYONE will only communicate the indicated personal data to it service provider for the purpose described, specifically, human resources management.
10 - When you send us your personal data, they will be conserved in a secure server, with conditional access.
11 - You can remove the present consent anytime.
12 - We will not use your data for other purpose without your express and prior consent.
