An exciting opportunity has come up in our team!
We are looking for an IT Account Manager for Syone's Operation!
What will be your Mission?
Find and develop new business related with Syone's solutions portfolio;
Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing, turnkey and/or managed services needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;
Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;
Analysis and Development of Sales Offers;
Deliver strong Sales Presentations;
Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
Elaborate proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos;
Interact with different stakeholders;
Participate in events to develop networking;
Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics;
Anticipate client operational, strategical and commercial needs;
Manage different client accounts.
Job requirements
Who you are?
A dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies;
Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or IT areas;
Previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions;
Result-driven;
Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;
Excellent in prioritization and time management;
Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;
Able to analyze and solve problems;
Able to work as a team;
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
Very ambitious mindset;
English Proficiency.
