An exciting opportunity has come up in our team!

We are looking for an IT Account Manager for Syone's Operation!

What will be your Mission?

  • Find and develop new business related with Syone's solutions portfolio;

  • Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing, turnkey and/or managed services needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;

  • Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;

  • Analysis and Development of Sales Offers;

  • Deliver strong Sales Presentations;

  • Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;

  • Elaborate proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos;

  • Interact with different stakeholders;

  • Participate in events to develop networking;

  • Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics;

  • Anticipate client operational, strategical and commercial needs;

  • Manage different client accounts.

Job requirements

Who you are?

  • A dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies;

  • Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or IT areas;

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions;

  • Result-driven;

  • Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;

  • Excellent in prioritization and time management;

  • Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;

  • Able to analyze and solve problems;

  • Able to work as a team;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;

  • Very ambitious mindset;

  • English Proficiency.
