Java Backend Developer

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and implement new features for software applications;

• Design and implement web APIs (REST API) and manage their full lifecycle;

• Utilize continuous integration tools and configuration management tools;

• Ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards, including user authentication and authorization across multiple systems;

• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure high-quality code;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions;

• Implement and follow Agile/SCRUM methodologies for efficient project execution.
  

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree;

• Experience with:

  • Java 8+

  • Springboot

  • Docker

  • Kubernetes

  • Git

  • Kafka - nice to have

• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and configuration management tools (Ansible or similar);

• Experience with Maven for project management and build automation;
  

• Strong expertise in writing and maintaining unit tests;

• Fluent in English and French is a plus.
