Backend Developer (Java)

We are looking for a Backend Developer (Java) for a challenging project.

What you'll be doing:

• To develop and maintain existing software with Java Development;
• Be involved in monitoring the application through logs, indicators and other resources, in order to always maintain the good health of the application;
• Able to resolve technical problems assigned to him obtained during daily monitoring of the application and being proactive in resolving these problems;
• To contribute to refinement and implementation of solutions as part of an Agile SCRUM team;
• Attend Agile ceremonies and carry out duties as part of a cross functional Agile team to facilitate the success of Sprint objectives;
• Follow Agile software development best practice and ensure procedures are followed to ensure good governance around all aspects of the development lifecycle;
• Following the Change Control process for all developments and helping to maintain the stability of the production environment through this process.

What do I need to bring:

• 4 to 8 years of work experience with Java, JAX-RS, Spring, Hibernate, Git, Maven, Jenkins;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Experience in developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies;
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL;
• Fluent in English.
