Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Syone. As a technology company specializing in nearshore outsourcing and managed services, we're looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within IT industry. What you'll do:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation;
- Act as inside sales person, collaborating with the sales team to qualify MQLs and convert them to SQLS;
- Interview stakeholders and Syone representatives to produce client cases;
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing automation and email campaigns, ensuring proper lead nurturing and client relationship management;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with Sales and People Experience;
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows, to generate brand awareness, leads, and business opportunities;
- Plan, coordinate and execute employer branding campaigns in sync with the HR department.
Job requirements
What you will need to bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT and fintech sectors;
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and analytics tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field,.
Tools and Technology Experience:
- Marketing Automation and CRM: Proficiency in Hubspot;
- Digital Marketing and Analytics: Hands-on experience with SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Social Media Management: Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) for managing and tracking social media campaigns;
- Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hubspot and WordPress) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Microsoft Office);
- Project Management: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello or Jira) to plan, organize, and track marketing projects and campaigns.
