Business Analyst - Financial Services

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a national project!

Syone's client is a portuguese company that operates in various regions, focusing on financial services, particularly in the payments sector. Its services are utilized by over 300 million users, positioning it as one of the primary payment processors in Europe.

What you'll do:

• Develop Functional Analysis - design solutions that meet the intended needs (requirements) and comply with:
• the organization's business rules;
• the regulatory rules of the business;
• the existing functional architecture rules in the organization;
• the best practices of the functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, logical data design, design of interfaces (screens, receipts, files), mapping of information in interfaces between systems, etc.).

What do I need to bring:

• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques (interviews, actor identification, methods, interfaces, and systems);
• Knowledge of process design;
• Knowledge of data modeling (at the logical and conceptual levels);
• Fluent in English.
